Thank you for stopping by! My name is Dina Petricca, owner and practicing physical therapist and Pilates instructor. Here at Dynapeak Fitness and Physical Therapy, we specialize in both treating and preventing injury, overuse and imbalances.

Many times a nagging pain, such as tendinitis, is a symptom or result of weak, malaligned or unbalanced area of the body closer to the core. Our sessions increase in activity and intensity, with emphasis on strengthening the entire kinetic chain leading to the core. For example, if you suffer from tennis elbow, there is a likely problem connecting all the way up to the shoulder blade. While your elbow rests, we will also work on the shoulder to provide lasting results.
